RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Products purchased from SadhakSoap are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange only under the following conditions and as per our Return & Refund Policy:

You must write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The product was physically damaged in transit, or

  • The product received is different from the description on the product page.

Eligibility Conditions:

  1. Damage During Delivery

    • The product must have been damaged during delivery or transit.

  2. Original Packaging

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, including:

      • Original manufacturer’s box

      • Invoice/sales receipt

      • All included accessories

  3. Proof Required via Email

    • You must send an email from your registered email ID to 📧 sadhaksoap@mail.com including the following details:

    • Images and videos of the damaged item(s), leakage/spillage (if any), inner and outer packaging.

    • The unboxing video is mandatory for damage/spillage/leakage or missing items.

    • In case of wrong or missing product, please share a video and clear images of the opened package with the items received.

  4. Resolution Timeline

    • Once we receive your complaint and all required visuals, we’ll need up to 5 working days to investigate and respond.

    • If the return is approved, we’ll notify you of the next steps via email.

  5. Returning the Product

    • Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition and original packaging as received.

    • Exceptions:

      • In case of breakage/damage caused during delivery, we’ll replace the product free of charge, provided you have shared unboxing evidence.

  6. Quality & Weight Check

    • Once we receive the returned package at our warehouse, our team will conduct a quality and weight check.

    • If the return is valid, the replacement order will be processed within 48-72 hours, and you will receive the tracking details via email.
